The home is beautiful and spacious. It needs some work with some broken items and definitely needs a good cleaning but that’s items that can be fixed. It’s the perfect location and right on the beach.

A dream of a vacation spot

Awesome ocean views and just steps to the beach. The fenced in yard was great for traveling with kids / pets. The hot tub was relaxing. House was as pictured and included all necessities.

How was nice. Close to the beach. Weeds were overgrown and house was dirty. Precious animals have ruined the furniture and woodwork in the house. Will likely avoid vacasa in the OBX again.

Great Location! Poor cleanliness!!

We loved the location of the house and the luxury of being ocean front! The house itself was very dirty and lots of spiders!! The front door has a huge gap at the bottom allowing all kinds of critters in. Spent the first day cleaning the home for our enjoyment! Overall lots of room, ideal location but home could use a refresh!!

Great place to rent

We really liked the house. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off before going inside, the deck looked new, the view of the ocean was nice from the decks and house, the laundry worked great, kitchen appliances worked well, and the bathrooms were nice. Beds and comforters were pleasant to sleep on. Access to the beach directly from the back yard was great. A few small things need repaired or replaced but that is expected at an oceanfront house and it being a rental. None of those items caused us any concern. Overall, very nice property and we would rent here again.

Great week!

This home is wonderful. Everything you need is there. We did bring a crockpot which came in handy. Even though we which brought our dog crate, there is a crate provided for your pet in an upstairs bedroom which others chose not to use. A pet tore up the side of the couch & chewed baseboards and some upstairs furniture. Also, it plainly states in the rental agreement to clean up behind your pet. We had to pick up all the poop in the backyard before we even let our dog out. The views are fantastic and the backyard is very private. Close to anything you would need. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
