Rogue Valley Family Fun Center Tours

Very cute winery and we had tickets for free drinks because we were staying in the rooms. Clean but the air conditioning did leak onto the floor both nights and the outlet in the bathroom did not work making it difficult to get ready. Would stay again.. just needs a little updating.

Very clean and modern. Staff works very hard to satisfy guests. I would highly recommend. One blemish however; Some of the kitchen staff (at the restaurant) have a bad attitude that seemed very out of step with the rest of the staff (the servers for example who were excellent). At breakfast, I pointed out to one of the little ladies from the kitchen that the coffee brewer at the front was empty. She was very annoyed by this and in fact seemed quite resentful. I did not realize that there was coffee also available at the breakfast buffet. Oops! Sorry! She was very sarcastic when she informed me that there was "lots of things available at the buffett". Yes this is a little thing but I think this attitude should be nipped in the bud before it infects the rest of the staff.
