Room smells cleaning chemicals really bad, loud neighbors. Management was not helpful. I called 911 so they finally made neighbors stop loud music around 11pm.

Unsanitary conditions, It will not pass a health inspection. I couldn’t even stay. The same way I walked into the room I walked out. I wish Expedia will give my money back but I understand the booking policy and not even that will make up for this very bad experience.

Absolutely horrible stay! Dirty, rude staff, lots of drug activities. Does not have a free breakfast as advertised, pictures do not match the property. Would not recommend staying at this location. Much better hotels in the area. Highly Recommended Double Tree.

Everything was clean, smelled like bleach. Unfortunately after midnight key cards stopped working, The towels were thin like sheets and we didn’t have enough but we made it through. Hopefully this will change in the future.

I’d avoid staying here. Unless there was no choice. Rooms were poorly appointed. Ugly. Property poorly maintained - unused old furniture littered the property. Looked like this place was made to house migrant workers on tight budgets.

I went to a hotel, but it was absolutely terrible; even though I left the room immediately, they didn't refund my deposit. They acted as if I were the one at fault; I definitely do not recommend it.
