The facility was very clean and conveniently located near restaurants. The breakfast, drinks, and coffee were all great. The staff was wonderful, especially Kristin (I’m not sure if I spelled her name correctly). She provided excellent service and was incredibly kind and helpful. I really liked her and truly appreciated how welcoming she was. She is the best!

Such a quaint pretty hotel! Super clean.. great location.. nice breakfast and the host and staff were amazing! Matteo arranged our transfers to and from airport taking 1 less stress off our plate. The roof top views were spectacular. Would definitely stay again If I had any negatives.. it would be that the walls are a bit thin.. you can hear everything.. but that most old buildings in Europe.. and that a brighter light in bathroom would have been nice.. no idea if my makeup was on right for 3 days lol

Rooms were clean. Rooftop view was AMAZING! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but the atmosphere more than made up for average food. Everything was fantastic about the property except the elevator if you could call it that. It always worked ok-ish but only for 2 people, which was rather inconvenient with a stroller. We had to take turns meaning the baby and I were left alone downstairs or went up to the unknown alone. Once we started to feel more comfortable, it was ok, just a bit frightening to start with. If that’s not an issue for you, then I would highly recommend this place.

This was an absolutely incredible location. Matteo was so helpful with communication and booked our transportation to the airport for us on the morning of our departure. The rooftop had amazing views. Our room was clean and quaint, and the location was fantastic. Walking distance to all of the legendary monuments. If I had to list something negative, it was that we couldn't stay for more than one night! This is somewhere I would stay again, 100%. 10/10 stay!

Perfectly situated for all attractions - just a 15 min walk to Vatican City and within easy reach of Trevi Fountain. Bus route right outside the hotel and no shortage or bars and restaurants, so ideally placed. We had a lovely spacious room with great views. Rooftop bar offer unrestricted views across the city.

The view on the rooftop was excellent and the room was nice though small when three people are staying in one room. The beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side, at least the cot was for the third person and by the third night very difficult to sleep on. The rest of the stay was wonderful outside of the cot.
