"Absolutely love this place. Diane was a great host. Perfect communication and her directions were on spot on. Even though the complex can be confusing, she made it easy to find our spot. The amenities are great. If you are an indoor pool kind of person like me, right now the indoor pool is closed but we had a blast at the pool which was super close to the condo. Totally relaxing and we recommend."

Great relaxing stay me and my wife really never left the condo. Great experience and the lake is peaceful. Staying away from the city life is very relaxing. Definitely going to come back next year."

"Pretty decor, nice towels and linens. Loved the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I wish I knew what brand they were so I could buy them. The kitchen was also stocked with all the things you need. Also, I contacted the host one morning with a question and she replied within a few minutes. We’ll definitely stay again."

"Wonderful property! Felt like our home away from home. It had everything we needed! It was so cute and cozy! My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :)"

"My family and I had a great time staying at this lovely condo. Everything is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable all the way around. The amenities that they offered were superb, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Check in process was a breeze, the owners even texted me early to let me know that we can check in anytime. They are very responsive to all my emails. I love the location, very quiet and family friendly. We will definitely stay there again if we have the chance."

"My husband and I wanted an extended weekend vacation, just the 2 of us. The condo was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a great space for us to relax. One suggestion is to have detailed written instructions on how to access the streaming services offered on each television."

"Cute little condo on the Horseshoe Bay Resort property. Stayed Memorial Day weekend w/ my husband and 2 teens. Only one bedroom, but there was a couch and a super comfy blowup mattress for the teens. The unit was super clean, and hosts were very quick to respond to questions we had. There are boat slips right behind the condo building which was super convenient for a day out on the lake."

"Condo has been refurbished and is very cute and clean. However the downstairs bedroom is basement like. The AC unit down there did not work. The stairs up to master and down to bedroom are very difficult. They are steep and the steps are very small not regular size. Be dangerous for small children and elderly people. The shower in the master water would not get hot. ( it did in the tub). Beds were very comfortable and good location in Horseshoe Bay."

"Once again, we had a very enjoyable & relaxing stay at the condo. The patio has a small grill which makes it absolutely wonderful. The condo is also well equipped; the only suggestion I would make is to add a pitcher so iced tea could be made."

"Very nice inside. Our only complaint would be that someone should possibly blowoff the front entryways from the tree debris…it gets tracked into the apartment every time you go in."

" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. My husband and I both had trouble...

"Nice place to stay.. just doesn't cool off to well in the evenings, lack of cutlery for the kitchen, the amazon fire stick in the livingroom didn't work at all. Aside from that.. it was a nice little weekend away and we enjoyed ourselves."
