Room was clean but the jet tub had tons of black flecks when it was turned on. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Parking and getting around was extremely confusing, and overall everything is very outdated. However, they just got bought by a new company and the dedication to renovations is already showing. This will likely be a great property in a year or two. Right now it's great for the price, but there's definitely better available. The staff were super nice though we got roped into a timeshare presentation at check in, but at least the perks for listening to the presentation were real and actually nice.

Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again.

The only thing that I found very odd was that though we had a kitchen, and the place provided pots and pans, they did not provide utensils. We were only there for a couple of days for a volleyball tournament so we were okay, but if we were there on family vacation, we would have needed to go to Walmart and buy utensils.

Everything was great and went super smoothly. Just make sure to review the check in process if you will be checking in late. Highly recommend this place!

We had issues with the shower handle not working properly. Maintenence came and fixed the issue but it was only temporary; by the end of our stay the problem started again. There was dried blood on the bed sheets but otherwise the room was comfortable. The kids love the separate area with twin beds. Each of my three children was given a $20 arcade game card upon check in by the front desk staff, but only two were loaded; the third card had a $0 balance when they started playing. This was our second stay at this property and we really wanted to like it. It has its perks but we are still on the fence with whether or not we will consider it again.
