Raul (breakfast staff) was very friendly, we enjoyed his breakfast conversation and fruit recommendations. Bed was very comfy. Would be nice if the quote zone was encouraged- many guests slammed the door in the morning. Overall great stay! We love Raul

Hotel staff helped us engage a ride to Là Paz Waterfall garden, where we spent the day. Our ride/guide was extremely helpful, but if he had been busy we might have been out of luck. Might be better to have a car when staying here.
