"Stuff on reception wasn’t very helpful at all. Didn’t explain how to find the room. Very easy to the overflow building completely like amazing got lost for 25 minutes as well as another customer both trying to find our rooms. Reception staff seemed very arrogant"

"Great price, fantastic rooms, spotless. We had two rooms, one on ground floor and one on 3rd floor. Both rooms were way to warm to sleep even though it wasn't the hottest day, Hotel is next door to a pub, nice pub, but music and noise from pub is loud dependant on where you stay in the hotel. Also ..."
