They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. “We could not get in the home at check in because the lock box batteries was dead and it took someone 1.22 hours to bring us a single key with promises to have the lock box fixed the following day, the owner was a no show, we stuffed a paper towel and taped the lock since we had one key and every time somebody went out the door locked. The home does not fit 7 adults and 3 kids comfortably. It sleeps 6 people. The couch is broken and the couch bed is inoperable. It does not seat 10 for a meal, it……

Heidi is a great host, very communicative with a cozy home that includes all the amenities you need to hang out in or revitalize after a day of local fun.
