“The staff was very nice. The hotel is in a central location not too far from public transportation. However my bed had all types of stains on the covers and sheets. Hotel staff was able to move me to another room but it was a downgrade from what I originally paid for. In addition to be doing graded they never issued me a refund for a fair difference in the rooms. I paid for 1 bedroom and ended up in a studio because of random stains on the covers that they couldn’t explain.”
