“The property is spacious and is in a great location. Check-in was smooth. I tried to communicate with the staff/property (through Expedia messaging) beforehand about early check-in but for some reason it wasn’t received. Nonetheless the host did try to arrange for early check-in as soon as possible - which was nice.
The only significant criticism I have is that the AC in our unit wasn’t working and despite efforts - it could not be fixed by the technician. The staff didn’t follow up to make……

“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……
