Worst hotel in the San Bernardino

The two ladies were really rude upon checking me in. Then they said if I didn’t give them a $40 cash deposit, they wouldn’t give me my room. They stereotyped me big time cuz of my tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also! The room had roaches inside.

First, the good. The motel has been recently remodeled. The motel is owned by an Indian couple. When I was checking in, she wanted a $40 cash deposit. I told her I wasn't going to do that because I knew I wouldn't get it back and offered a credit card. She refused to accept it, but her husband agreed to waive the deposit. What I later realized is that this place is used for prostitution. I saw 2 streetwalkers on the corner, one of which was almost naked with her big black butt clearly visible. I would avoid this area. Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel in a better part of town.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here for eight nights. When I arrived the room was clean and hot - not surprising with temperatures in the 100s earlier that day. The AC unit managed to cool the room after about 45 minutes with a loudness moderate for those in-wall units. The fridge and microwave were clean and functional. What surprised me was the many channels of the TV available. I did not go through them all but those I did try worked great. Water pressure in the shower and sink were good. Overall a nice clean, quiet enough for good sleep, and safe place to stay for myself (an older man) second thoughts if I had my wife on this trip - Parking lot well lit at night with strong LED lights. many security cameras also. I would definitely stay here again. Easy freeway access, with in-out burger and movie theater near buy.

I checked into this hotel at 3:30pm. The room was very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned recently. The counter tops and dressers had not been wiped off, the floor was not swept. I wish I could post pics. The remote was so gross, and looked as if it used by a toddler eating cheetos. The toilet seat was dirty on the top and bottom. The complimentary soap was in an open package and wet. Despite all that, I left my luggage and went out to eat. When i came back however there was about 7 or 8 roaches running across the floor. The biggest one was as big as my thumb!! I immediately grabbed my stuff and checked out. I cant speak for all the rooms, but mine was disgusting.

Gross!!

This was the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in over my 40+ years of travel. It should’ve been a sign when I arrive to check in and there were two police cars on the street and one in the parking lot. The room above mine was having some type of domestic violence issue. Loud music in a nearby room that the night manager “couldn’t” do anything about. The room had this weird, unidentifiable smell. All of the furniture and appliances were askew. Nothing orderly. Seriously, the night stands, the microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee maker… all crooked. Anything not bolted down was out of place. A simple thing housekeeping could have fixed in less than a minute…. But they just didn’t care. Gross, dirty, stained bath towels a wash cloths. Pictures attached. Yes, those are supposed to be white. They look like somebody used them to change the oil in their car. Housekeeping must’ve just thrown him in the washing machine. And put them in the room, even though they were severely stained. “I’m just the night manager, I don’t deal with those things.” I literally want to the store and purchased towels just so I could shower. The relentless music drove me out about 1am. I went and slept on the couch in the nearby office I was working in. Stay away from this place.

This property was horrible I didn’t get to stay there as I asked the employee for a refund the rooms were exaggerating smelling like tobacco and the other room they gave us was full of roaches as well as cigarettes smell even there’s a sign of no smoking allowed I want a full refund.

literally the worst hotel I've ever been to

- My deposit was not returned. I neither broke rules nor damaged anything. - Mouse poop everywhere - No hot water - Floors covered in dirt and other people's hair on arrival - Bedding smelled of mildew and had lots of stains. -Advertised tub and pool but provided no stopper and pool was closed due to health code violation. - Made reservation & paid for 4 people. They tried to insist we should only get 2 towels. - Vending machines all broken - No bedside lamps, only extremely bright overhead light - Very transphobic manager
