No warm water shower was making noise and the Jacuzzi staff wasn’t friendly at all one ask for a late check out they agreed yet the card key wouldn’t open the door so had to go to the lobby so they can reactivate after I went up to the 20th floor

You would expect better from the price you pay. The resort is very outdated. The campus is massive separate buildings. Odd layouts of the the rooms no outlets to charge your phone stains on the floor and very dirty all around

This place is AMAZING! Super clean and comfortable Benjamin was very attentive and friendly. I will be staying here again next week when back in this area. Highly recommend this place, an absolute Gem!!! The place is gated with security, I was alone and felt very safe.

The rooftop pool, bar and lounge areas were amazing and fun with good music and good vibes. The gym was perfect for vacation and the apartment was wonderful and spacious. This is my second time and i will be back many many times. It's a great place to stay
