TWO BLOCKS from downtown is Classic Victorian Charm combined with all the latest amenities can be found at Suite 16th Vacation Rentals located a few blocks from downtown Paso Robles.
-This is an upstairs unit. (The downstairs is a separate unit, and not available) This is a two bedroom, two bath unit that sleeps 4 comfortably.
-This house is an easy stroll to boutique restaurants and tasting rooms offering some of the best wines from our region. A short walk home thru a quiet residential neighborhood brings you back to your home for the weekend (or week).
-Care for a romantic dinner at home? We have a gas barbeque and a full service kitchen along with our private balconies for that perfect culinary feast.
-Don’t feel like walking downtown for a night of music and dancing? Then watch a movie on our high definition flat screen using our cable or DVD player. You can always make your own dance floor and waltz the night away on our wood floors listening to your favorite CD.
-Here to catch the latest country western star or show off your cutting horse? We are a short walk from the Paso Robles Event Center and Fairgrounds.
-Business won’t leave you alone? We have DSL high speed internet to keep you connected with the outside world.
-Brought that classic car or touring bicycle? We have a secure garage dedicated to your unit to keep your “wheels” out of harms way.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect for walking - just a couple blocks to dining, shopping, etc. All the amenities are provided, the unit is very comfortable and perfect for two couples. Would absolutely stay here again!

Mid-State Fair time

This is a charming property, close to numerous amenities, close to the fairgrounds. Super clean. It was everything they described and Moore. We will definitely stay there if we come back into town!

Wonderful Weekend Away

We had a wonderful stay in Paso Robles. We have stayed at this condo before and it is our favorite place to stay in Paso Robles. It is clean, decorated beautifully, and has all the amenities we would want to have. It is located a short walk from downtown, close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown shops. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. A small issue with air-conditioning not working the first day we arrived, but it was fixed by the next morning for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was nicer in person than in the photos. Like being welcomed with a bottle of champagne and sign. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to the mid-state fair.

Fabulous Prooerty

This property is a gem - photos on the listing don’t do it justice. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The dedicated garage for our car was a bonus and the owner left us a chilled bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our arrival! It’s an easy stroll to downtown restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Covid Stay

We had a great week stay here. Our fam of 4 were very happy with the amount of space in the duplex for all of us. Everything in the kitchen to prepare meals, wash clothes and walk around town. Very close to downtown. We made day trips around the central coast and were happy coming back 'home's. The patio area was perfect. The enclosed garage was the perfect spot to store our bikes and our host very gracious. Definitely a go back visit!

Paso wine trip

This is a wonderful place to stay as it really is walking distance to everything in and around the downtown Paso Robles Square. The house is a great size with everything you need. The beds for us were very comfortable. We brought our own pots, pans and knifes and we used the many farmers markets to gather fresh food to cook each night. The only downside is 16th street is a Main Street used by the locals in the morning and again at night time. Other than that very quit. Yes we hope to stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway

When we walked in we had good impression, overall our stay was a pleasant one. There was a note in the kitchen welcoming us to the home and letting us know there was a bottle of wine in fridge chilling for us. A nice touch. We did have an issue with the TV and internet not working. When I reached out to owner to see if they could help, the response I got was "sorry in the middle of a dinner party"Nothing else until the following morning when were were getting ready to check out asking if it ever came back up. Not great customer service. We were already checking out. Additionally, when we arrived there was a person cleaning as she was leaving, said she was going to refill our sugar for coffee the following morning as there was none. We left for dinner that night and figured she would drop it off while we were out. When we got back to the house nothing had been dropped off.When we left to go out for lunch the following day, we saw the sugar placed on top of the table outside the door. No text, knock or message letting us know. It would have been nice to have been notified of where it was placed at so we could have enjoyed a cup of coffee with sugar.The house was clean and picked up. However, we did notice a black napkin under the coffee table, which was not ours, probably from the previous guest, and a capsule of some sort of medication under one of the chairs. Thank goodness we were not traveling with small kids. Overall, I'd say it was a nice place.

Perfect Wine Festival Location
