“I checked in, dropped off my luggage to the room, come back a few hours later, key doesn't work and was told that my room was given to someone else. Was told I need to wait for supervisor before I can get my stuff out. I am lucky my belongings weren't stolen. Not sure how something like this can even happen.”

“Me and my girlfriend just would have been more happier if they would have at least had like more vending machines like a soda machine, snack machine can't remember that ice machine or not but I think they did but we still have a little more vending options than anything else but other than that you were happy with the service”

“The environment is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the service staff is very friendly, and it is a good experience overall. It's a pity that the bathtub is broken, otherwise the experience should be even better.”

“I checked out at 11:00 AM, but the housekeeping staff started making all sorts of noise at my door around 8:00 or 9:00 AM, just to wake me up. It was terrible.”

“The room was clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a sofa bed. The lady who checked us in was not exactly welcoming, but the lady who checked us out was. A continental breakfast was offered. Parking was ample.”
