“This property is very impressive. It was clean and in order. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully remodeled. The manager was completely accommodating. It is indeed a 5 star property. However, the neighborhood, which looks like it is in the throws of regentrification, is unpleasant in its appearance. Over a short amount of time this will change for the better. In the end don't let the look of the neighborhood discourage your stay here. It's location is a prime place to stay while in Oakland....

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. “I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints.
