"Terrible stay. They ran out of the room that I booked with double beds then upgraded us to a suite with a pullout. Initially I was pleased but then we saw the pullout and it's wasnt suitable for anyone to sleep in. The crossbar was right on our lower back. We had to book another hotel at like 10pm. Thank goodness we found one. Also the phone didn't work and were were not provided enough towels."

"The only that I noticed was that the online pictures of the lobby and the rooms were not current. Carpeting throughout was in need of either replacement or a deep cleaning. But other then that the rooms were clean, had plenty of towels and most importantly for me was the shower, toilets, and bathroom floor were very clean as was the bedding."

"I always enjoy my time at the Claremont. This time I did not rent a car and the only thing I missed was access to a nearby store to pickup essentials. A small gift shop would be something to consider."

"The free breakfast was cheap and dry. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I’m not sure what process the room goes through when it gets turned over. It was clean. Lots of parking, but other than that it was okay."
