"The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too."

I had an issue with the power on our last day but I text and she immediately responded and gave me an update of the issue which give anyone the confidence of how responsible she is. "Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). "Space worked well for our group of 13. Power went out and someone came right over to turn generator on. Pool area was wonderful and a big hit with the kids. A washer and dryer would have been a great addition to the home. The local bakery was great and the cow next door amused the kids. Karaoke machine was fun."
