“I stayed at this hotel for a week, and it did not live up to expectations—especially for the high nightly rate. It’s marketed as a hotel and convention center, but the reality feels closer to a rundown motel in serious need of renovation.
The property is outdated and poorly maintained. My in-room phone didn’t work the entire stay, forcing me to go to the front desk for any request. That’s not just inconvenient—it’s a safety concern in case of emergencies. Cleanliness and management were also……

“PROS: The neighborhood is safe with police patrolling the area all night. Great restaurants nearby. Parking is directly behind the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice.
CONS: The actual hotel does not have a security guard. People not staying in the hotel come in and out as they please. No cameras in the hallways or stairways. Only in the lobby. The hotel was established in 1859, so I'm sure they try they're best to upkeep the facility the best they can. The elevator……
