"Property was exactly as described; new, comfortable furniture, clean, organized, supplied with little extras, excellent internet/tv package. Lovely linens, bathroom and beach towels. Location central and easy to get around. Everything you could possibly want for the beach was provided. Owner was super responsive, addressed any question asap, cooperative, and reliable. It was a true pleasure staying in Steve’s condo!"

"I am so glad that we found this place. The location for us was perfect, the beach was beautiful. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed and that we enjoyed her stay. He contacted us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and what to do I highly recommend this rental!!!"

"The house was clean and just as described. We were quite happy with the location as it was convenient to both Sanibel and Captiva. Beach access is a short walk away and beach area filled with beautiful shells. Some construction happening next door, however not bothersome. Enjoyed our stay very much. Mucky Duck in Captiva was a delight at sunset."

"We loved our stay at Sanibel Suncastle! The house is as advertised but even better. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and the peaceful back porch. The family room was perfect for all of us to watch NCAA basketball games on the large tv. I would definitely stay at Ralph’s home again. It was a perfect long weekend getaway for our group of 3 couples."
