This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was exceptional and gave us a refund along with a free breakfast because our pull out couch did not work as expected. They were also quite prompt and caring with all requests. The pool was huge with a lot of good seating around it. The restaurant was well located close to the pool. This was a great family-friendly resort.

Great place for a staycation! Close to many restaurants, shops, and easy access to nearby towns for different activities. Staff were always friendly and helpful. We got lucky and the resort was not too busy so there was plenty of spaces for the pool, no wait at the restaurant, etc. also if you are an early morning person their cafe opens at 6:30 am which was great! There are also plenty of cafes nearby that open early. The not so great: if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise overall beware it can get noisy. We stayed from Thursday to the weekend and we could hear everything happening at the pool, music from the venue, and other guests in the hallways being a bit loud at night but we didn’t mind as much since it was not all night. We traveled with our toddler and she had a great time and her sleep was not disrupted.

Not sure why, but in a seven day stay housekeeping came once. Towels, garbage and coffee mugs built up, and nothing was replenished. The room itself was fine and the pool was lovely. Also, we really enjoyed the food.

Took me years to finally stay at the iconic Flamingo Resort and it did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of staying here after a long road trip and it was great to unwind by the pool with a drink in hand and the staff was really helpful and welcoming. Definitely will be back. I would encourage people to use their Hilton app/status for this property as I did not notice they were part of the Hilton group until checking in, missed out on a few perks.

Very chill place for a young family to hang out. Easy to get around and a cool 50's vibe. Close to a few stores. Drinks by the pool were not great candidly. Frozen they were not. The outside bar could do with a lot more ice and a few actual blenders to make proper frozen drinks. But lite-bites by the pool were great. Kids loved the quesadillas and hummus snacks. And service was helpful.

Amazing staff at this property. I travel extensively and this was the first time I felt like I could relax on a business trip. If you have time to enjoy the pool, it’s amazing. The bartender is capable, making us wonderful cocktails. We decided to design in the house and dinner was equally good.

An amazing time with the kids! I traveled solo mom for an overnight vacation and we loved it. The amenities were great-pool, spa, restaurant. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Lots of food options for kids and adults. I felt the room was clean, spacious, and secure. There were many other families enjoying the space. It was relaxing for me and fun for my children,- I will come back again. Thank you!
