“Great communication with our host. The unit is just as advertised. The basement apartment is comfortable and is in an amazing location and neighborhood. In three walking directions you have access to few corner/mini marts, 6 to 10 sit down food options, street markets, and Trader Joe's. There are electric scooter and bike rentals everywhere you look, we used Lime. Uber or Cab rides were averaging around 20 bucks for longer rides to places by the waterfront and the neighborhood/city area over...

“This property was a wonderful way to spend our time in DC. It was close to the metro station and had plenty of food options in the area and a grocery store that we visited several times for breakfast foods and snacks. The neighborhood is charming and we felt very safe, even walking after dark. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Soft beds and great shower pressure. We would stay here again and again! “If you are going to be visiting, Washington DC, the subway is about a 3 to 4 minute walk away. It is also a five minute walk away from the edge of the Catholic university and some of its restaurants. For four adult people, furniture could have been a little more comfortable in the living room area. But we spent very little time at the unit, so we made it work.
