“This was a great get a way. It was close to everything and easy to get anywhere on the island.”

“I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!”

“Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!”

“The unit was just as advertised. The resort is older, but well-maintained. Lovely grounds. I was so happy to be right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. The unit is nicely upgraded and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi and TV. It is 3rd floor with no elevator, so be prepared to lug your bags up one at a time if you're a senior like me. The AC unit is very noisy and could do to be looked at, but it worked fine. “Our family had a wonderful visit. The property is well located and very comfortable. The property owner was most gracious and helpful. Highly recommend. ”

“We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. Many places we’ve stayed also have information……
