“This is the worst hotel we stayed at in our years of travel. The staff was nice and attentive but the property is in run-down condition, everything feels dirty and slimy. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C……

“I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it. “I definitely recommend this place! As a daily bath tab user from Japan, I would say this hotel has a high quality of bathroom. It’s clean and fancy. I liked having breakfast on the hammock in my room. There are also pools, a Spa, laundry service, and a tour taxi charter. They had everything I needed. People here were very welcoming, kind, and supportive. I’d like to come back and stay longer next time!”

“Family Villa. Had to wait until 2.40pm to be able to go in as they only cleaned when we arrived a but before 2pm. There is building work next to it. Noisy grinding stop after 1st day but the workers still working and there was no privacy as they were right next to the pool area.
