"This was the first time we stayed at this location and the kids are already talking about a return trip! The property was very neat and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy for us. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out! Kitchen is well maintained and stocked with some essentials. We loved the location close to the front pool and shuffle board and Pickleball! Josie let us use chairs and pool noodles which was awesome! Josie was an amazing host!"

"Perfect location for my adult sons, their fiancés, and my husband and me. The other people at this property were so nice and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat which could be brought right to the facility dock. It was so peaceful to sit on the porch and look out at the lake. We had bikes and it was an easy and quick ride to the beach. Loved this place!"

"Our family had such a wonderful time at this lovely beach home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home was clean, cozy, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere — it truly felt like a home away from home.We loved being just a short 10-minute drive from the beach, and the quiet, centrally located community made it easy to explore and relax. The open layout of the house was perfect for our family to spend quality time together, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed — pots, pans, condiments, even a bag of ice — which made cooking so easy and convenient.Our two teenage boys especially enjoyed the bikes — they were such a hit and added an extra layer of fun to our stay! We also appreciated the gas grill for casual family meals.One small note: the master bed on the first floor was quite low to the ground and didn’t have a box spring, so it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. Raising it a bit would definitely make a great stay even better. Also, if you're traveling with a larger group, it's helpful to bring along a few extra towels, washcloths, bath soap, and toilet paper.All in all, we were very comfortable and really enjoyed our time here. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — she made us feel right at home. We would absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area!"

"This was home was everything we hoped for! We were looking for a place at the beach where our grandkids could enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming in their own pool, and plenty of space in the home to spread out and not feel crowded. This home was all that and more! John was very easy to communicate with and very easy going with any requests we had. The home is very spacious and included everything we needed. It was so nice to have towels and sheets provided - one less thing we had to bring along!"

"I have rented homes for the last 15 years in Martha's Vineyard, and I think I can say, this rental experience has to be the best experience I've ever had. When you walk into the home, you would think you were walking into the model home of a new construction development. Never lived in, perfectly designed and staged, with high end finishes throughout the entire home, and immaculately clean. This home is stored with any and everything that a family would need for a weekly stay. Including games and bikes. I believe I reached out to the host maybe 6 or more times, and I honestly don't think it ever took him more than 5 minutes to respond. He obviously takes great pride in being a host, and my family cannot wait to return."
