We paid for ocean view but they put us on floor 2. You definitely don’t have a view from there though. Be sure to ask for floor 4 or 5. Out toilet broke on the night and they did try to fix it. We had a great time at Theo Beach Villa. The kids had fun at the pool which was cleaned Daily. We enjoyed the great views, the beach and tavernas nearby. The owners were also always very friendly and hellpful. We will definitely be back

Excellent for rambling, kayaking and swimming. Check weather forecast if you depend on the ferry to go home from Agia Roumeli or Loutro as the ferries don't run if the sea is rough. It's quite a hike along the coast path with your luggage!
