“取房時花了很久時間，因員工對程序不太熟識，lobby沒有洗手間，要辦好入住手續上房才可到洗手間，很不方便。”

“Google Maps took me to an adjacent road, Common Road, which I drove up looking for the guest house. I asked a gardener who said they thought it might be next door. I drove back onto the main road and saw a small lane on the right and a sign propped against the wall showing Church Farm guest house. There was no sign for anyone coming from Abergavenny, like me. There were 2 front doors and I rang the wrong bell as there was no sign. We were told there was a dining room and when we came down for……

“Room could have done with an easy chair but was good otherwise. Hotel seems to pick its staff for their friendliness and helpfulness. Not a bad one amongst them. Plenty of choice at breakfast though evening meals were limited as awaiting new cooling facilities. Plenty of parking at front and back of hotel. Hotel location ideal for getting into Gloucester. Very pleased overall and would definitely use again.”

“We have stayed here for the 3rd time. It is a very relaxed place & a great stopover on our way to the Plymouth ferry to Spain. The bedroom was very spacious with a great en suite featuring a walk in shower. Our dinner in the restaurant was very good with generous portions. Breakfast the following morning was delicious, with a great choice. The staff were very friendly . We will definitely be returning for a fourth visit”
