"Property nice a little out dated for a Hilton hotel though. The swimming pool was nice a warm. The only problem we had really was we didn’t sleep very well due to the noise level through the corridor, the door let light in through the edges as big gaps and we was right near too a corridor door which kept banging through the whole night and stupid guest playing knock a door run or in our case kick the door!"

"A great welcome from the check in reception team was a good start. The room was not overly big, a small gap between the bed and the wall was a bit hard to manoeuvre but this was trivial as the rest of the room was perfect. It had all the amenities you'd expect, and iron,ironing board and hairdryer but it also had some extras that you don't find in every hotel any more.. hair conditioner and body lotion were a lovely touch. The temperature of the room was perfect and the plug atthe side was a nice touch to use the hairdryer in front of the mirror. There were ample plugs and usb sockets at both sides of the bed. Breakfast was very substantial with a great selection. Especially gluten free and vegetarian options. Staff were wonderful, just be prepared that the close the breakfast area at 10am or near enough."

We had a drink and met friends in the bar before hand, there was a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in there and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast and there was plenty of choice. We didn't use the spa but it looked busy and inviting."
