It is on a busy main Rd with lots of large tanker, 18 wheel trucks during the day, but at night it isn't too noisy. All the bedrooms are in the back so it helps with the road noise. “We had a wonderful weekend in the snow storm! The house was cozy and warm and set back in the woods along the River but only a short drive to the ski mountains. It was a great time with my adult children. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t charge a lot of money to bring your family pets so I really appreciated this place. So be good to the owners and respect their wishes with no dogs upstairs. Easy enough to block it off. Nice walk along river with the dogs. Or your family to just hang out...

Perfect size, location on property was good (away from other structures) and had picnic table, potbelly stove, grill, and out house right near the treehouse. “Beautiful cabin, very close to Sunday River and town. Had everything we needed and the hot tub and fireplace were nice after a long day skiing. We booked the private chef for dinner one night and it was an amazing meal- highly recommended!”

“My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again.”
