“The room was very clean, so no complaints there. My main issue was the noise, I could hear everything happening in the room next door. The pools were extremely crowded, and while I don’t mind kids having fun, both hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were filled with kids as well, so there wasn’t really an opportunity for adults to relax. The air hockey table was broken and not all of the arcade games were working, which was disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was phenomenal and the service……

“Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. ”
