"A group of 6 of us stayed for about a week. Half the group was their first time in Japan, and they felt like it was an absolute perfect location! The hotel itself felt very clean, safe, and a nice place to retreat to outside busy Shibuya area. Highlights: beautiful views, proper bathroom, blackout shades, and cozy bed."

"Excellent hotel with wonderful rooms even they were a little on the smaller side. I really appreciated the various “meisters” (communal rooms including a fitness room and one with some pod dispensers). There was a complimentary drink every night while we were there in their cute little bar area although weirdly the bar closed at 18:00 hours."

"This was my last hotel on my two week vacation. It was kind of on the outskirts of Shibuya, but still close enough to walk to everything. I stayed here for two nights. It was super clean. The amenities were great. They had an assistant on the TV if you had any questions, it was perfect and they arranged for a taxi to go to the airport when I left"

"view of shibuya scramble matchless! very convenient that airport limousine was just at the back of hotel entrance- level 5. staff spoke english and very pleasant to deal with. However, the lift to front entrance of hotel on the left side of building was very discreetly sign posted and easy to miss especially if you are new to the place. taxi also had a hard time finding the back door driveway. they should specifically state directions to hotel in their website."
