Welcome to Sand Castle Suites, A three unit condominium building located just a few hundred feet from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Restaurants, shops, and nightlife is also just a short ride on the islands free trolly to Siesta Key Village. Sand Castle Suites offers each of the three units with private patios with seating, BBQ grills, and beach gear.

Arrive at this first floor unit located in the rear of the building offering 700 sq. ft. of modern coastal themed living. Entering through the front door you step into the kitchen and dining area of this open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. The dining area is furnished with a leafed dining set able to expand and accommodate 4. Moving towards the rear of the unit you come into the living room area furnished with ample comfortable seating, equipped with flat screen HD TV with access to your favorite streaming services, and a sleeper sofa. There is a private patio accessed through the sliding glass door in the living area with an outdoor dining table, chaise lounge and a gas bbq grill.

Back inside the master suite is furnished with a king-size bedroom set, Casper Mattress, and stall shower in the en suite bathroom. Casper Original mattresses feature special 4D sleep technology with breathable foam that will truly give you the best sleep possible during your trip! Unit also offers access to washer & dryer in a communal beach closet in the rear of the building.

Great spot for my husband and I. Super convenient location wise. Quick walk to the beach and only about a 10 minute walk to town. Comfortable bed. Super responsive property management system for an issue that was promptly addressed. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect little spot- close to beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the B condo unit on this property. The condo is updated and clean. Plenty of space for 1 to 4 people. Private patio and grill was used and appreciated. Spent one whole day just enjoying ourselves on the patio. All the beachy things you need, were included; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon to haul it all down there and a small cooler for essential drinks and snacks. Walking distance to Siesta Beach, maybe 10 minutes. Very easy. We like to grocery shop and cook while on vacation, along with eating out periodically. This location is .7 miles from a great group of restaurants, coffee, ice cream, winery and shops. Loved that. As far as kitchen needs at the condo, it could use one big stockpot to boil a large batch of noodles, everything else provided was perfect. It was our first time to the area, and will be making plans to return next March.

Everything about this villa is just perfect Super clean, well stocked kitchen Great location, unfortunately when we were there is was extremely cold, but normally could walk to beach and all restaurants Bed super comfortable, shower, bathroom vanities are all new and just so nice Also lots of storage for everything Great communication with owner Will for sure return next year! Very much enjoyed our stay. The property is a few minutes walk to the beach, though with the depth of the beach takes another few minutes to get to the water. Unfortunately the red tide was in with dead fish on the beach. Also it’s about a 20 minute walk to the village. Some minor issues like no soap did or shelf in the shower or non-functional closet safe. But bed was comfortable and amenities all good.

Unreal location and beautiful property
#1 is the location, you couldn't be any closer to the beach unless you were beach front. It's also a short 10 minute walk to the village with all the restaurants and shops. The property itself is very clean, well-supplied with all the beach items you'd ever need and more, very comfortable, and feels very renovated/new Most importantly, the property managers were extremely responsive and very helpful through out our entire stay. They were very easy and great to work with. I highly recommend!

The unit was clean and comfy and the location is very convenient to the beach and attractions. The neighborhood was great and quite. The washing machine didn’t work well and the grill didn’t work at all, I was able to use the other units grill so it worked out. All the beach gear was great! I didn’t have to buy anything, everything was provided.

Nice location close to the beach with the downtown area a 10min walk away. The apartment comes with everything you might need for your stay including stuff for the beach. We had one minor problem with the internet but the staff were incredibly helpful and fixed it within the hour.
