“We loved the property easy to find…in spite of road construction. From the balcony and living room there was a lovely view of the water! Some renovation on property grounds but it was not disturbing to us. Not loud or noisy. ”

“Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊”

“The property was clean, AC worked great, very easy access to property and local shops and restaurants. All that was provided was clean towels, plates and table ware. Beds were fresh and clean. The pool was great. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Very nice property. For a 1 bedroom 1 bath, this property was a perfect fit for my family of 4. Even got to meet the owners. They were super sweet people and very knowledgeable of Rockport. Hope we get the chance to stay here again. ”
