“I asked to be put in a rm with no street noise and was told they had no problems. Put me along the front main and I absolutely heard cars, trucks and motorcycles. Had to wear ear plugs after the 1st night. Breakfast was just ok. Juices and coffee were good tho. Water pressure not good for long hair. Signed me up for program vs checking to see if I was already registered. Bed and pillow were very comfy. Gentleman at front nice. Lady who checked me in was a grump.”

“They have a bar/club room that is mot available on Sundays. It would be a nice alternative on Sunday. too. There are ice machines on the even numbered floors. The one on the 10th floor did not operate very well. The one on the 2nd floor had NO ice. They were aware that the ice machine on the 2nd floor would usually not have ice, due to heavy demand on that floor. I would suggest that if this usual, put a second unit on this floor. We had a problem accessing the safe in our room. A repair……
