The location was perfect and walking distance from almost everything! Ryan was a great communicator and the check-in process couldn’t have been any easier! Would definitely stay again.”

I myself followed house rules? yet got rated bad I had communication, perfect but they didnt ... was kept and left so clean it was cleaner than when came, my communication was excellent trying to get in, even with broken locks. , other guests pets trespassing into my unit pooping and leaving IN MY YARD? and I even picked up, tv didnt work during rain, so bored, chairs and towels and even...

“We had a nice stay. The cottage was clean and ready when we arrived at the place. We liked the location as well. Not too far to go to the beach, shopping area, or to go eat at places. Whenever we had questions before we arrived the host was easy to get in contact with and they sent out easy to follow instructions. Parking right in front of the cottage was ideal. Didn’t have to walk to far to go inside from a warm sunny day at the beach.”

“Every thing was great. I would have liked to had a refrigerator with an ice box. Also a can opener would have been a help. Over all it was a great location for a summer party vibe. The Sip Yard is right across the street. Which is good if you like music! It’s like being at a concert you didn’t have to pay come for.”
