Ein schöner Bauernhof. Wir waren während der off- season nur für das Abendessen und eine Übernachtung da und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Rezensionen über die Straße können wir ein bisschen verstehen, die Rezensionen über die Hunde gar nicht.

It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. We spent a week in Philippe's beautiful villa - the views are exceptional, location is great and Philippe is the best host! Already looking forward to another stay. It was the perfect place for our family (we travelled with an infant and toddler). Can't recommend enough!

Love this place!
Staff was amazing. So communicative and helpful! They were able to get us transfers to the beach and had many recommendations. The breakfast was so yummy! Centrally located to so many great restaurants. Will definitely visit again!
