“入住前民宿業者已來信告知入住時自行取鑰匙的密碼，十分方便。一直到抵達前我們都不知道有被升等到小木屋，直到尋找時才發現我們被升等到小木屋，實在驚訝萬分。是我們再冰島最好的住宿經驗了。”

“在這裡看到極光！晚上開車到這裡需要小心，路比較不明顯，也很暗，但也因此沒有光害。服務人員很友善，早餐超棒的，是在冰島最棒的早餐！舒適的小木屋房間，淋浴間和廁所都很乾淨，廚房也很寬敞，應有盡有！很推薦～”

“旅店很舒適乾淨，有3間廁所與淋浴，公共空間整潔，廚房應有盡有很齊全（有洗碗機冰箱餐具熱水壺烤箱微波爐），餐桌很大，是自助入住，房東會寫信跟你說鑰匙在哪怎麼退房，垃圾分類這些，停車場大，附近光害少沒什麼店家，天氣好走出旅館可以看到極光。因為附近沒什麼店家，大家記得沿路有超市時就先買好食材到旅店煮。離飯店不遠處有加油站。”

“We loved our stay in a glamping tent here. It was the perfect chill out between hiking the laugavegur and fimmvorduhals trails. The little sauna is great after hiking, the staff were so helpful and the trails in the area are fantastic. Walk the orange trail, the glacier views are amazing! ”

“Quiet, comfortable stay on a farm that was just outside of Vik and close to Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen, sitting area and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were modern and spacious, and even though they were 'shared,' there was always at least one open whenever needed. The other guests were quiet and considerate, so we would definitely stay here again.”

“This guesthouse was nice and clean. The room was spacious. My boyfriend and I traveled here in the low season (November) and it was difficult to figure out how to access the room. Before arriving, I had a bit of a panic about how we were going to get in (Expedia customer service was not able to tell me). But we arrived to find the main door open and a table by the entryway with an envelope with my name on it and my key inside. No one else was around, but from that point, it became easy to……

“Perfect rom size with a sink in the room. Bathroom was shared but clean. Confortable beds.”

“非常不好的經驗和不聞不理的溝通過程！提前兩個月使用app訂房的，明明看到顯示有空房才下訂，之後也收到確認信，結果一直在入住的前兩個禮拜發現屋主傳訊息要求取消該訂單，因為那個時間已經有其他人預定了，但我根本沒有收到屋主傳訊息給我的通知！！之後是試著透過app聯絡屋主了解狀況，都沒有得到回應，向平台反應也都沒有得到回應，後來因為疫情無法入住要取消，寫信給平台跟屋主同樣沒有得到回應！真的是很差的經驗！！！”
