My stay was great. I stayed with my service animal for a business trip. They have cleaned up downtown and it is so safe to walk around now. Especially, in morning and at night. Also, they accidentally charged me a pet fee and I called them and they instantly refunded it. The front desk has been very helpful and made our stay very smooth. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I did not park a car, but the valet was in front and it seemed easy. My business partner picked me up and he was easily able to wait out front for me to come down. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. They are doing some construction in the elevator as well as the left side of the hotel, but they manage it well and it isn't loud. Would stay there again. It is so nicely located.

The hotel is fine enough in terms of the property itself. It is the staff that make this hotel a place I will not return. Service was scarce at best and charges will be filed upon check out without notification from the desk or receipt of any kind. A mistake I would not recommend to others.
