Staff are very sttentive. Location is good for access to Heathrow. Beakfast was well prepared in sipte of sudden corona restrictions. One issue we face was no towel in room, but provided soon after request.

The property was very convenient and clean. The room was nice but it was the most dusty room i have ever been to with regards to hotels. I sneezed on a daily basis. The sheets and pillows were very dusty and i was not pleased about this 😢

Rooms are nice, the area is not

I only stayed one night although I was booked for two. The location is not pleasant. Rooms are nice. Breakfast ok but very basic.

Get up early if you want hot water

No hot water on a morning. Complained to manager was told they would look at it whilst we had breakfast. Was then told there was nothing wrong with it we were doing it wrong. As far as I was aware there’s only 2 ways you can turn a tap. Following two days no hot water again between 7 and 9.30

Visiting London? Stay here

Used this hotel a couple of times now when visiting London, find the price good and very convent for the train into London. If you catch an express you can be at Paddington in 18 minutes, pretty good. Make sure you get the ticket with the tube pass, so worth the money. Hotel is well kept and offers a great breakfast, found the staff really polite and attentive. Highly recommend.

Our room key never worked . Even upon initial arrival it didn’t work the house keeper had to open the door for us the first night . The heater wasn’t stable it was always freezing . Only one girl at the welcome desk was friendly and helpful the rest just watched and didn’t even greet you when you passed . No one helped us with out bags . SMH!!!

Rude maanger
