“Beautiful pool and bbq area … quit complex even with construction . Full time residents were very nice . This condo had everything we needed . Although it’s an older unit it was very nice . Plenty of hot water and very clean . ”

“Great location, cross the street to jump into the waves. An older beach unit but well taken care of. Lots of kitchen supplies; plenty of pots and pans, many storage containers, and well stocked with spices. Handicap access can be difficult. Garage is on the ground level. There is an elevator but you still have a flight of stairs down to the unit. Wish we had more time there.”

But the only reason I hesitate to put the 5 star is because some of the appliances were old and the dishwasher was broken, it does need a revamp in some of the pans, kitchen utensils, fans and lighting fixtures.But if you aren’t staying inside too long is a great place! ”
