The room was clean but I don’t give it 5 stars because the sink and the shower nozzles were both rusty. I felt a weird rinsing my teeth in the water. Other than that the room was very clean.
As for service, same. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars because of one of the ladies that work at check-in. My flight came in super early and I get that I have to pay extra to check-in early. But this lady was very impatient with my situation. They only had an upgraded room and I didn’t want that. She told me to just wonder around. Which I did. But mind you this was at 7 am. We walked for 2 hours and came back. She happened to be the one to help me out again. She told us the same thing. Another 2 hours later we came back and another lady helped us and was way more patient and helpful.
After getting the room key. I see her go up to the lady and look straight at me and start to talk about me. Idk exactly what but it had to do with my early check in and looked so annoyed at us. I don’t know her name. But I could give a descriptive if needed.
Other than that. Great hotel. Close to the strip and the monorail is in the property. Very convenient
