“Great facility large back yard and clean new home. 8 minutes to Gruene and wedding venue. Great for our 4 pets, and even better for friends and family. Many quick trips yo Gruene Hall, wedding venue, and New Braunfels . ”

“We absolutely loved our time at the property. Our daughter who had autism bonded with the animals, the younger ones loved the river and the adults enjoyed the ease of everyone enjoying themselves. We cooked meals in and spent our time on the property. We also went into town and liked the museums. ”

“Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who……

“Great hosts. Good location about 20-25 minutes to San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo grounds. Property was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!”

“The property was amazing! The house was perfect for our family gathering. The bedrooms all had their own full bath as well as a full bath in the game room. My kids spent most of their time hanging out in the game room and outside playing basketball. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our cookout on Sunday. My daughter especially enjoyed watching the deer come out to feed in the evenings. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Jeremy (the property host) was easy to……

“Wirklich schöne, saubere Wohnung. Zu verbessern wäre einzig die Info zum WiFi könnte in der Wohnung hinterlegt sein, als auch die Codes um die durch die Türen auf das Gelände und den Pool zu kommen. Man muss 2 Tage zuvor ein Formular ausfüllen und die Identität bestätigen,dann erhält man die Zugangsdaten. Leider hatte mein Telefon kein mobiles Internet. Das machte es etwas kompliziert.”
