"The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. We were surprised though that our room did not receive fresh towels or beds made. We had to call front desk for fresh towels after being gone all day and returning tired. That was disappointing. To see used towels on floor outside of rooms was not nice. "

Lovely cabin

"The cabin is amazing! It was clean, it has a comfy couch and bed. A little dinner table and all the stuff you need to cook. Definitely recommend going to Watson Lake and downtown Prescott for the day and relax at the cabin at night! We even walked out to the road to look at the stars. Anthony is really nice and replies fast! This stay gets a 10/10 from us! "

Pleasant stay/ great staff

"Already wrote a very nice review on thier websight ! The 3 nights was very good , the staff was beyond helpful and kind. Location was good, about 25 mins in prescott area ,an hour to sedona. The only thing that was a tad issue was traffic noise but my earplugs worked well . The people above us were noisy but not the hotels fault . Definitely would stay again ."
