“Beautiful property but very different from a traditional hotel experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the setting felt peaceful and secluded despite being in the heart of Sedona. However, we were surprised to find there is essentially no on-site staff. Check-in involved picking up an envelope with keys left at the door, and there was no one available to assist with even simple needs. "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
