My son and I went for the CPSA convention. We had never been to Arizona before. The hotel was a great location. We were able to sight see. During the convention the staff was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend them.

No check in notification 30 min prior Wrong building and door code, had to call IT and texted and waited many times, all three days, no office people on weekend Busted bathroom amenities that were 1/4 full 1 snack bag of cheese its and two Keurig coffee cups for two adults for two overnights?
