“This was a very good property that was in walking distance to many restaurants. Convenient to the University of Arkansas. All amenities worked to satisfaction and property was well maintained. Only opportunity is the door pad was challenging but there was a key box that made it easy to use. ”

The separate upstairs and downstairs layout worked great—parents could relax while the kids enjoyed their own TV/game room.It was also very pet friendly, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy Bentonville but just far enough out to feel peaceful.One of the best surprises was the trailhead……
