"The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week."

"Again, we appreciated the cleanliness & comfort of the room. However, since we're Seniors with some challenges, it is difficult to navigate either via of the side of the house, or down the dangerously slipper/slope of rocks in the back. My Husband has a portable concentrator for his breathing & it was quite a challenge to get to & from the room when we left."

"Had a great time at this place with 5-6 people. Plenty of beds and two bathrooms make it an ideal suite for our group. A few flights of stairs but keyless entry to the building and suite was very comforting!"

"Very nice cottage within steps of the Sundance Spa. We visited to celebrate our 26th anniversary and had a wonderful stay. Had a couple minor hiccups during our stay (internet barely worked and satellite TV was sporadic due to weather) but overall we had a great time. The fact that it was within walking distance of the Sundance base area was nice. Not a walk I would want to make with skis in hand, but during the summers it would be nice if you want to walk down to the Owl Bar or restaurant for...

"Our family of seven was visiting Utah for a wedding, and were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and there was even a little nook to play in that our children loved. The property is across the street from a recreation center with a free play center and a really great indoor pool that our children enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again."
