I got several text from there personally phone. The lady sent me a text saying I need to check myself in. Then a few hours later I received another text asking about what my estimate arrival time would be. So I said 2 and then when I got there she was very rude and said check in time was not tell 3\. She was on the phone with someone and had a head set on and was using foul language to them. Then I left a little while later after I got checked in and then receive another text message that stated when I got back if my key didn’t work then I would have to buzz her. There was someone that smoked every night in their room (not outside) all 3 nights we were there. We were right next to the onsite manager that lives in a larger unit onsite. We were quite certain that the smoking came from their unit. On the evening of the 3rd night it got so bad that I texted the manager to ask about the smoke smell and to report that someone was smoking in their room near us. They apologized that it was happening and that "the good news" was that everyone was checking out tomorrow. Interestingly enough, the strong smoke smell stopped within 5-10 minutes of that text... I could be wrong but, it seems to me that the manager got caught breaking the no smoking rule. Other than that, the experience was good. Room 210\. It was very nice and spacious for a solo traveler. Fine space wise for 2 people too. Wifi is marginal speed wise. TV had plenty of channels. Hot water took a minute, but was plenty for me. There is an ice machine on property and it worked great. The value for what I paid (\~$50) was outstanding. I was nervous based on some reviews I read elsewhere, but my experience was nothing like what I had read. The manager was nice enough. Clearly english isn't her first language, and there can imagine someone sensing a terseness to the tone, but I didn’t experience that at all.
