The room was amazing! The outside was a bit rundown and difficult to get to the motel from the road. The staff was nice. No amenities. I tried to contact the office because we need something we ran out of and the office was closed and could not contact using the phone in the room. I sent an email and was then told they ran out.

By far the worst lodging I’ve ever experienced! At check-in, the mgr said she had me down for the next day, which she blamed on Expedia, though my app showed the correct dates were booked. She told me not to use 3rd party apps but to book directly, which was unprofessional, but she did accommodate me with a room. The room was old, outdated, and gross! I found black mold along the caulking next to the tub. The smell of old cigarette smoke gave me terrible headaches. I have dietary restrictions which is why I booked a room with a kitchen. This one had no dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bed looked questionable, so I purchased my own pillow, blanket, and cookware to get through the stay. The WiFi went down on night one, so while I had the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign up, the manager pounded on my door, then left without saying anything. A work colleague was staying there as well, which is how I learned this was about the WiFi. Very alarming. The hot water took a long time to kick on, which is not very environmentally conscious, particularly when we’re in a drought. The bed was very uncomfortable, and because I felt unsafe, I was unable to sleep. I did not contact mgmt about these concerns because the all caps messages they sent before my stay were off-putting. They’re not approachable people. I was charged an additional $18, for what I do not know. The pics you see online look nothing like the property. Read the negative reviews - the mgr gaslights the customers. I’ve contacted Expedia.

Nice property and very good for the price. Enjoyed our stay. Pay attention to the instructions that the hot water takes a lot of time - especially if you are at the end of the building. It will arrive and there’s plenty, it’s just a real long journey and takes a good while. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Internet wasn’t working; no help available. Sign on office door “Pick up your own key” “Manager not available afternoons or evenings.” We found it to be adequate but lacking in any charm or warmth. Right on major road, parking lot very tight. The room was fine, clean and most things worked, but we won’t return.

Room was decently clean. Staff was horrid, harassing and yelling at guests regarding various things such as having a beer can in the room, smoking in the “designated smoking area”, “loitering” in the parking lot by standing/talking to family who were also staying at the same hotel. Was also pounding on various doors at 7am and yelling at two cars worth of policemen in the parking lot after calling them on a random guest. Manager also admitted to using the security cameras to watch what guests bring into their rooms, when they come and go, and how many people come into the rooms, as well as watching guest activity from their on property residence.
