"Excellent customer service when I checked in. The male employee was very easy to talk with. Clean room. Clean bed and bathroom! Def recommend it. Oh, and the location is near a lot of restaurants/shopping centers."

"Halfway thru my stay. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was busy and had to wait a while for our party to be sat. Pool has been fun for my family and toddler loves it. Have no current regrets or complaints. "
"Pro’s… great location near the Disney parks (10 minute drive) and Universal parks are about 30 mins drive away.
Great local amenities for eating and convenience shopping.
This is great as a base which we used for just sleeping in.
Cons. The hotel asked us to change rooms halfway through our stay as they were renovating, but new room was better quality anyway.
Breakfast is a bit limited on choice so we found ourself going to ihop and Denny’s which are both across the road just to mix things up.
You get what you pay for here and we much preferred staying here than at an over priced Disney resort."
"Picked this property because of the great reviews and glad we did! The efficiency with a full kitchen and on one level was perfect! The property was very nice, especially the pool and Jacuzzi area. All the folks in the office were accommodating, helpful and super friendly! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this facility!

"Stunning and exceptional. Massive hotel with gorgeous garden atrium for an ejoyable discovery stroll, with alligators, turtles and coi fish to see as well. A mid sized waterpark with a lazy river that kept the kids happy. Impeccably clean and courteous staff. Only negatives for us were slow elevators, a non- functioning bathroom vent fan, and steep priced food."
"First time staying at this hotel. It was an older hotel, but well maintained. There were so many amenities and the grounds and pools were beautiful. There is a family owned restaurant on the premises and they were amazing and very friendly. Food was excellent! We will definitely be coming back. "
