We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location. We will always have the fondest of memories of 66.”

“Very well appointed, well equipped restored cabin with bucolic views of acres of vineyards. It is located in a one lane road that could frighten some off. It’s a short ride into Healdsburg and surrounding attractions. The owners are friendly and hands on and responded to every need promptly. We loved this spot and would do it all over again.”

“Very quiet and tranquil. Place was clean, creek was clean, we had everything we needed. Supplies for the dogs are available, the place is well stoked for cooking in and grilling in the patio. We wish we booked more days, 5 wasn’t enough !!”

“Beautiful Sea Ranch location in the redwoods with an ocean view. Cozy living room with lots of windows. WiFi is very fast and TV had plenty of streaming apps. Kitchen fully loaded. Bedroom is upstairs loft so be prepared to climb. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The creekside property was exactly as expected. Wanted to get out of the city for my pup that’s extremely afraid of fireworks for new years. What a quiet and peaceful retreat! Photos represented the property well and access was easy. A lovely getaway from the city for a few days. Very close to the coast with lots of dog friendly beaches. Hope to be back soon!”

“This river side home was perfect for a few rainy days away during the holiday break with the family. It would be great during summer with it being right across the street from the Russian River. Our teens loved hanging out in the basement game room. Beds were comfortable and the wood for the stove was well stocked (once we found the kindling). Only small complaint were that the appliances are a little outdated but really we had everything we needed.”

“The house was nice in a beautiful location with lots of green. The tea house that was separate from the main house seemed to have some leaks or water coming into the walls. It was very musty and moldy smelling. We opened the windows and aired out the space to make it bearable, but it was still noticeable. Otherwise, the place was fine.”

“We loved the closeness to the river and the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our 20 minute drive to the beach and walk to the river access for some swim. The town was not too slow and not too busy. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We have loved coming to Stoney House the last several years. We have always been comfortable in the house and happy with its amenities. This year there were a few issues on arrival. All of the Adirondack chairs were either broken or off the cliff. Bottlecaps and tin foil all over the yard. The master bath door has fallen off the hinge. There was dog urine on the master bedroom curtain (We washed the curtain and rehung it) It was windy and stormy and water leaked through the upstairs slider doors...

“Very few properties in Sea Ranch have the proximity to water view like this one. Interior and exterior spaces take full advantage of them. Had visits from seals, ospreys & at a respectable distance, a skunk. Great directions for a tricky location to find. Morning treats from Stewart Point only 2 miles away.”
