“The room itself was okay. It was clean. However, The hot tub was closed and half full of green water. The "fireplace" in our room, which iwas a gas powered wood burning stove, didn't work. The bathroom vent fan didn't work. The WiFi was difficult to connect top. No coffee was available in the room or in the lobby. We could feel all the springs in the couch in the room. For $300+ a night, I expected better and I am beyond disappointed. Also, the attached bar and grill food was not good and it……

“While the view is spectacular and on the surface the room was ok, there are maintenance issues. The fire place in the room we booked did not work, the faucets leaked and needed tightened, you couldn’t have just the room light on without the fan. The fan chain was not there, the light chain could not be reached unless you were 5’5”. Definitely not worth the money we paid! ”
