“We were 3 adults and 4 children, ages 11 - 5. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out if necessary. There were plenty of books and toys for all. A nice selection of books about the local communities. The kitchen was well appointed. There is nothing missing... The trundle beds, upstairs, were a big hit with the kids. “The cottage was nice for what we needed which was a place to shower and sleep. It was a little further from Acadia National Park (about 45 minute drive one-way). Allen was very kind and welcoming. The grounds were in need of some care and we are pretty sure there was a mouse in the cottage.”
