Very small king room. No desk, peeling paint, dead insect on mirror. Thin walls and loud noise from next door and from above. A bait and switch with the images of the room and the reality. Breakfast was sketchy and located in a room that was configured as a room for people to sleep in. Other people walked in and turned around and walked out. Coffee, cereal and bagels. Was ok but not great. The worst place we stayed after traveling for 28 days. Made us appreciate the other places we stayed previously. Woman at desk for check-out was slow and not pleasant. The customer in front of me asked for complimentary water for the road. She was told that the water was only given to customer on check-in. The water was given grudgingly and the customer said she had not received any water when she checked in. I was not offered water even though I was standing there during the interaction. I didn’t need water but I think it would have been nice if it had been offered. The location was great and the bed was comfortable. Parking hang tag was supplied for the lot.
